Each year, local business owners from around the state attend to hear relevant, reputable speakers who are experts in their fields, participate in business-focused workshops, visit display booths from area owners, gather information from local officials and network with other business owners,” noted Jess Stone, East Haddam Business Association President and owner of Cold Spring Farm.

Stone explained, “This event is for anyone interested in our local business community and East Haddam business services – both business owners and the general public. Attendees range from start-up businesses to established business leaders in East Haddam, CT to local residents who want to learn more about area businesses and support their local business community and neighbors.”

Platinum sponsor and EHBA Marketing Director, Tracy Gibb of The Marketing Shop agreed, noting, “The business expo is for anyone interested in the success of East Haddam businesses. It is just one example of how the EHBA works to support East Haddam business owners. I jumped at the chance to sponsor the expo because the EHBA does so much to support the local business community and I wanted to support them in return. Sponsorship is my way of saying thank you and helping to ensure the association will be able to help other small, local businesses grow and flourish. It’s also a really fun day full of learning and camaraderie that many small business owners just don’t have in their day-to-day.”
